if modules are 4400 they are Fast page, 4402 they are static column. It's the last part of the model number before the speed and package size (eg. Z6/Z-70/Z-80)

What is the full model number in your second set? I have 16 x TC514402AZ-80 in my A3000 so wondering if they would match. (I don't know what the extra letter A is in mine, compared to your first set.)
