Not sure if you can order from Elfa.se in Canada, but I used these:

Perhaps it could give you an idea anyway. These are great! No way that thing is coming off. The distances are 17.5 mm and the little plastic spacer is 0.5 mm, making a total of 18mm between the motherboard and CPU card.
