I'm willing to ship to just about anywhere. The shipping cost is the problem. The PSU is just over 4 lbs, so the cheapest shipping is $65.50. Over half again what I'm asking For shipping in the US I can get it as low as $15.

I would have this but I am in the UK. We get fleeced by our customs, soon as the item arrives they hold onto it and sting with extra costs.
