For sale my spare A4000 Desktop.
Motherboard sustained a very bad battery leak, but it was entirely restored by an experienced technician.
It is cleaned and full recapped. Some SIMMs clips are broken, so I fixed the memory by a glue gun.
Front cover is slightly yellowed. Keyboard is yellowed. No mouse included.
It has been fixed with 64MB hack, so there are 64MB of Fast RAM onboard (plus 2MB chip).
CPU card is an A3640 upgraded to "A3660" by a 040>060 adapter. Card version is 3.2, CPU is a Full MC68060 Rev.1 @ 50 MHz.
I installed a CF bracket to easily swap your CF card without open the case. Buster is upgraded to Version 11.
A IDE LG 52X CD-ROM is installed, FDD is in his place.
You will get the following:
A4000 Desktop
CPU Card A3640>A3660 card V3.2 68060@50
2MB Chip and 64MB Fast onboard
Buster V11
FDD (I don't know if it is 880K or 1.76MB)
CD-ROM LG 52X IDE
CF Card ready rear bracket
Original A4000 Keyboard
NO CF provided, so no OS installed due to lacks of O.S. Disks.
System you can see in the pictures is for test/demo purpose only.
Monitor not included.
I tested the system for many hours for many days without issues.
How I already said it was repaired by an experenced technician, however I cannot offer any guarantee.
I'd prefer to sell it to a skilled Amiga user.
I ask:
300,00 Euro + PP for the A3640(3660)
600,00 Euro + PP for the A4000 + Keyboard (without CPU card)
or
800,00 for the complete set
