I recommend Ozcan's products, he is reliable, been buying from him a couple things (PiStorm) and service was always fast... and since we don't have feedback system anymore, I put my comment here

Alright guys we like your feedback but can you do it has a comment like this because you are bumping his thread to the top of the queue with new posts and this is unfair on other sellers
My FZ-357a arrived today (in the same package as the Thylacine card)
I thought Ozkano had shipped these to me in an oversize envelope but it turned it began the journey as a carboard box! During the shipment the package was submerged in water and the contents soaked but it was eventually somehow still delivered as there was enough clear packing tape to hold the package together and seal the address text from blurring in the water..
Inside, the Thylacine and floppy drive were both in plastic bags and taped tightly, and as a result, both were not wet!
I tried both on my 2000 and both are seen by the system so I believe both survived intact.
