Hello!

I am in the process of assembling my Amiga 4000D, got a superb case from @Ordyne, and all was looking well, until I realized I have no rear IO shield unfortunately. While it is not really a blocker, I'd really like to install if it at all possible. Looking around I can see that there are all kinds of replicas being sold for most (if not all) Amigas... except the Amiga 4000D . Not only there are no replicas being sold, I couldn't even find a 3D model for it, I would be totally fine to print it out using some high quality material as well. Does anyone know of such replicas or does anyone have a 3D model for the rear IO shield for the A4000D?

Thanks!

What do you call rear IO shield?
Is that the small copper sheat underneath some of the ports? Actually the computer is still fine without it, just like some A1200 have one and some don't.
If you are talking about the plastic sheat which goes underneath the mobo, it is available from various seller such as Alinea Comp in Germany or Amigastore.EU in Spain.

Yes I meant the copper sheat behind the IO ports. I was wondering if someone has a 3D model of it maybe?

Unfortunately i have never seen a model of it.
Probably you could find a thin copper sheat and cut it to the dimensions of the ports and live with it, but it is not necessary anyway.

Adding photos just to clarify the ports and which shield I am talking about. This not only would have to be cut for the case dimensions, but would also requires openings for the ports themselves, I don't think I could do that by hand, that is why I am thinking about a 3D model if it exists. I am surprised to be honest that I can find such shields for all Amiga models except this one, and I am not sure why is that the case?
