Selling one of my A4000D without CPU card. 80GB hard drive with 3.1 installed, DVD drive, 1.76MB floppy drive (3.1 discs included - not fully checked), mouse, keyboard.
16MB FAST (2*8MB) on the mainboard, Buster 11, rev B. Mainboard is fully refurbished, new caps, battery removed - see pictures.
Small scratches on the case, some very light marks on front but minimal and looks nice.

Declaring interest once again.

Being an Amiga newbie could anyone hint at a price I'd have to pay for a CPU card? How hard is it to get your hands on one?

What put me off taking the plunge with this machine the last time as having it sit collect dust for months before a CPU could be sourced.

Pretty sure I have seen 68EC030 cards on EBay for £85 each in the last week. It was EBay.com as I recall.

CPU cards starts at about £45 for basic A3630 (here, for example), and go to €1100 (here, for example) or more. The simplest ones are not that expensive, but still rare: they come and go on eBay, AmiBay, etc. Sometimes you could see half-dozen offers in the same week, sometimes few weeks pass without anything.

Interested. Could a more high-res picture be posted of the battery area and the chip just north of it?

Thanks!

Thank you. As agreed will be with you on Sunday.

Sorry olav but it is easier in UK especially when it is collected.

Many thanks Bebek. Received the A4000 and it is up and running.
A pleasure doing business.

Please give my thanks to Matthew for dropping it off!
