Amiga 500 4/8mb fastmem boards with IDE

hi sorry have not been around for some i would like 8mb ide board a500 & will it fit in an a2000?

After reading the few last pages in this thread it seems you need to solder 2 wires to make the IDE work in CDTV right?
What about the RAM - will that work without soldering? I already have a SCSI (-> SD) controller in my CDTV and just the RAM would be enough for me...

I've sent him an email some days ago and I'm still waiting for an answer for purchasing these stuff. One-Two days are a reasonable time to reply, I'm starting believing that maybe he has ended these items (that's why he doesn't reply).
 
I think he is quite busy and it is not uncommon that it can take 1-2 weeks for a reply. If indeed he was not making these anymore, it would be quick to simply let people know that.

He could just add some notes into his website: "be patient, I will contact you all", something like that, just a suggestion, not for criticize :)
With the ACA500 already out of production after just one year (new revision seems to be on the way but no one know when) this is the only option to add a CF into the A500 (I'm not considering other solutions as the A590 module, since this doesn't directly support CF and cost a lot more). I didn't knew I have to wait 1/2 weeks to get a reply, this could really discourage users who doesn't know his involvment into other projects to buy from his website.

Indeed GraveyardPoems 2 weeks have passed since i posted, it's taking to long.
But i've noticed that Kipper2k is involved in a lot of projects. So we will give some more credit.
I'm on holiday the next 2 weeks, so no hurry for me.
 
I would also like to know if these are available, as I'm rather tempted by the 4mb model.

He said in another thread he injured his hand so right now he's not building anything.
But as you may or may not know, he was helping out with the production of the Vampire 600 v2, so yea, quite busy I guess..
