Do you think a MegaChip expansion will still fit? Hard to see on the pictures if it would or not
Hmm, i think you would have to add at least 1 more set of risers and get out the dremel to remove some metal from the bottom of the drive cage.

Finally i've tested the board. And the result is ... PERFECT!
Just one comment. I've done a first test with a 4Gb Microdrive (hitachi) and doesn't work.

But with a "normal" CF it works perfect.
PS: maybe it's a know "issue", but i'm a noob

Actually I have not received the board yet. I will wait next week until I receive in email an invoice to purchase this card for my Amiga 500 rev6. I will be using the default Amiga 500 brick power supply...so the real question would it work with the Amiga 500 brick power supply? If not I will use a normal CF card no problem. I have kickstart 3.1 and I already ordered kickstart switcher...so my Amiga 500 will be an excellent gaming machine...what is left is buy an A570 and it is set for gaming machine. Actually there is one more final question to ask...what if a person wishes to buy an internal 030 expansion card (in the future) would this work with the internal expansion card?

- regular power supply will work fine,
- not sure on the 030

I only know from the boot image that it is 2.05 in general, how can I tell the difference?

The actual revision number will be printed on the chip itself if it is a real ROM and not a burned EPROM

Open a shell window and type> version then press return. The kickstart and workbench version will be displayed

Sorry my boob boob. It's is 37.300 or 37.350. any kickstart below that don't have the ide driver.. I ended up getting a kickstart 40.063 rom..

I dug my A500+ from storage and booted it up. To my sadness it says its the 37.175 version. I guess I can count autoboot not an option for me then?
