So I'm reliably informed that the pass-through edge connector is still oriented with pin 1 towards the front of the case, so the clockport adapter would actually connect angled down, so it will probably fit.

I have no idea about this busboard on how to connect an expansion card. If the expansion card faces up then sure it will be in conflict with the Zorro. You might have to ask the manufacturer of this busboard on how to install a card.
