Sold Amiga 500 rev 8a mainboard

Hi! I am selling this Amiga 500(+) rev 8a board. This one has been used by Commodore to build a regular A500. Therefore it has only 512kb RAM and no RTC. It is possible to convert these boards to full A500+ by adding chipmem, logic and RTC circuit and some light (de)soldering.
The board is in full working order, tested using AmigaTestKit.
