I have this rev 5 board that does not always work, floppy drive does not work at all, diagrom reports failed CIA-B (already switched the CIA's), I think because noise on HSYNC but I think main source of its troubles is strange 5v line noise:
Did someone see this before and/or has advice on what I can check next ? Could the line filter have failed ? Or would a recap help ?
Another board has clean signals with the same power supply ( a Mean Well RT50B).
