Hello All,
I have purchased an Amiga A2000 and inside were some items that I don’t need/want so Ithought I would offer them up here:
Commodore A2300/2301 Internal Genlock
Commodore A2088XT Bridgeboard Zorro 2 ISA card
Chinon FZ-502 5.25 inch Floppy Drive (connects tobridgeboard)
Seagate ST-125 MFM Hard Drive (21 MB)
Western Digital WD1002A-WX1 Winchester Disk Controller
All Associated Cables
I made the workbench/bridgeboard boot floppy and when the Amiga booted it booted fine into workbench 1.2 also the MFM hard drive spins up and the access light comes on and off about four times during booting and when you go to say the Pc mono icon to boot the bridgeboard it starts then says cant access boot device but you are supposed to have a 5.25 inch Ms Dos 1 boot floppy in the 5.25 inch drive and I don’t have any 5.25 inch floppies so this may be the problem as the 5.25 inch floppy light comes off and on after you try to boot into pc mode.
I have not done anything with the A2300/2301 card so with all this in mind I am selling all the items as-is as it all appears to work ok but I don’t have all the disks/time etc to check it all out properly.
I am asking £75 plus post and packing or I will trade for a board that fits the A2000 to add an IDE hard drive (also extra memory would be good) I am also looking for a 1.3 Kickrom chip and a working normal Amiga floppy drive.
