Asking $10 (CAD) for this museum piece + shipping costs (and shipping from Canada is usually expensive)

(It's $10 or the recycle box. There may be a remote chance someone is in need of this :)

Does it work? I have no idea.

My Amiga was in storage for 25+ years. This was my main controller, used with some large MFM drive (which I tossed).
The drive wasn't working when the Amiga was powered on after all those years in storage.

If someone is interested in this, I can plug it in and check the early startup screen and the various hardware identifier apps.

[Update/Addition to original post] I forgot to mention, payment can be made by Paypal F&F, unless you happen to reside in Canada.
In which case, payment can be made via Interac e-transfer.

Edit: Vinman,

I just tested on a bare bones A2000 (68000, no cards).

The system refuses to boot with the 2090a plugged in (black screen).
I attempted this with both a 3.1 kickstart rom and a 3.2.x.
Removing the card, I get the boot screen.

Looks like the card is dead. It's getting tossed.

The price given to U.K from Canada is the price of the card itself. Ideal if you live local 👍🏻

Declaring interest.
If it truly is $10 delivery to the UK, I'm willing to stump up to save it from the recycling! A check it's operational would be appreciated :)

I’m from the U.K. who declared interest first. The answer is no. The shipping is for Local to the seller in Canada. You are looking at the full price of the actual card if it’s fully functional.

It is not. Lunatic postal service wants $49 shipping (+ sales tax = 15% here). That's without tracking.

Based on feedback above, interest withdrawn.

I'm interested ... better my shelf then your bin .... if you can test it on your end that would be great .. shipping in Canada shouldn't be too bad ...
I will pm you with my details ...

Vinman, I will plug it in sometime tonight and check detection via startup menu and some apps.

Other than that, I don't have an MFM drive.

This page: https://bigbookofamigahardware.com/bboah/Product.aspx?id=1160 states there is a size limit to hard drive partitions (256Mb).

Currently, I use a SCSI controller/ZuluSCSI setup. I'll try attaching the SCSI cable to this controller.
Although, I don't think it will work.

This is the best that I can do.

Thanks for testing .
Withdrawing interest .
