If you don't make it, then at least a PM would have been nice. But once again, nothing. And then, only after publicly reminding him here, an overreaction: "I'm not Amazon".
I really don't mind sellers taking it slowly as long as they keep in touch. But this wasn't the case with this seller. As I said, after my payment on Sunday I didn't hear from the seller until I publicly asked about the status here in the forums on THURSDAY (although the seller was very active in the forums here so his excuse of being too busy doesn't really count).
And the list goes on: I have now received a refund of 35.12 euros but I sent 40.12 via PayPal for friends to him. So where are the remaining 5 euros?
Last but not least, I have never asked for a refund but I've just asked for shipment of what I paid for, and, if you are really too busy, then at least keep in touch. Otherwise you look like a potential fraud.
Since I've now gotten a refund that I didn't even ask for me I have the slight impression that this is probably all intentional because the seller has probably received a better offer for Guardian CD32 so he's trying to scare me away in order to be able to sell the game to someone who's willing to pay more for it.
Let's see if we can prove that wrong and you're still willing to sell the game for the price we decided on.
