Question, what does this mean?

Support for standard HID Gamepad :

Is it possible to use USB gamepads (or even those wireless 8bitdo dongles) and have support for all (7) CD32 buttons? ideally even 2 gamepads at the same time for 2 player gaming.

please help me, I tested 4 mice and none of the mice worked. the riser recognizes the mouse, but the arrow only goes up and down, not right and left.
