No tracking apart from the post offices numbers on the receipt, I have now picked up a claim form the post office, but it states on that "you must allow 20 working days for items to arrive to European destinations"
it will be a waiting game now I'm afraid.

Just to keep the thread up to date I have now handed in a claim form with proof of postage and payment details to the royal mail, just a waiting game now.

Megamix, the 20 working days have passed. Any news from Royal Mail? Any clue?

I could only put the claim in on the 15th so I have done and was told I have to wait for the royal mails out come.

just to keep this up2date I have contacted the Royal mail regarding the lost of these games and have been told it could take up to 90 days before I here anything.

Just to keep things up to date with the Games bought from me by Diogr way back in March.
Diogr never received the games so I sent in a claim form to the Royal mail and that was lost too anyway to cut a long story short I have over the passed few months been phoning and writing to the Royal mail who at first told me my claim was not successful and I would not be getting any money refunded, So I continued to complain and write and phone to them and today got a full refund for Diogr (please see picture) I`ve put this on here as proof that claims take time and effort its took months but we got a refund.
Just awaiting for Diogr to reply to my PM to refund his money.
