Amiga Keyboard Bits (Bump).

I have all the keys, most springs and the plasticky strut things that the key sticks onto and make the contact. Not sure what these are called. Plus the teeny screws that hold the plastic to the metal base.

Taken from an A1200 keyboard. Keys are yellowed.
I don't think the keys will fit on an A600 - they are different connection methods.

Willing to split if you only need a few springs, keys struts (?),

ESC & F1 Gone to davideo
F10 DEL & HELP reserved for bamiga2002
Numpad enter & some springs reserved for Toyko Racer

New In: I just found an old A600 keyboard - perhaps some keys are needed from that?
The keyboard already has some keys missing, but is complete with membrane & plastics. I will pop keys off if needed.

Keys Missing
1 F10 Right-Arrow Left-Alt

Have you got an F1 and Esc key in that lot?

If so could I grab them please?

Yup.
PM me your address and I'll get em sent your way.

Would you like springs with your order?
Posts/Struts/whatever they're called?

Cheers.

@Chinners

@Chinners

Key tops arrived and now fitted.

Feedback on the way :thumbsup:

Thanks, Dave G :cool:

Do these fit into a A2000/A3000 KB? If so, interested in F10 and DEL & HELP keys :)

I am not sure. I will take a few photos here to see if we can work it out? Postage shouldn't be too great if you are willing to take a risk - you may even be able to simply glue them in place ;)

@Chinners & @Bamiga2002

The keys I got were for my 4000 keyboard.

Apart from a slight colour variation they fitted perfectly.

Can you post photos please? I'll compare them to my knackered ones :)
I will do, but reading davideo's post, looks like they will fit yep.

Have you got a Num-Pad 'Enter' key spare? Also a couple of springs would be handy. :)

Yep, that key is spare.
& How many springs would you like?

So I can safely assume that they'll fit onto a A2000 KB? :)

EDIT: beat me to it!

Quick picture of nasty looking yellow keys - mainly to show fittings to see if they will fit elsewhere.

Clearly a case for retrobrite if ever I saw one!

(and the enter key - ewwww!) :)

Are the springs "universal"? Will they fit A500 keyboards too?

If so, could I please request a few springs popped into an envelope and sent to Australia?
