I don't have a great deal of knowledge on the subject, but I think ScummVM games on the mig can output to MIDI devices. There's a thread on EAB about some games that support MIDI - http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=57816

Hi,
You need an amiga midi interface. You can find sometime on the other bay but they are not really common. Someone sent me here a schematic to make one by myself and I found some others on the net. After my apartment renovation I will gather components and build one for myself and see how it works. Anyway you have to keep in mind that only a few games on the amiga support midi. Here a non exhaustive list of MT-32 games:
