Well contacted USPS and Customs more then once and get run around. USPS Says need customs to claim lost. Customs says USPS has it. USPS says customs has it. I will call again, But will take any advice please.

In fact, from what we wrote, the tracking also showed that it was in the USA at USPS and I had sent the exact customs documentation for export. If something wasn't right it would never have passed customs here from my country. But the courier always told me that the documents were correct and valid, in fact the package then showed up at customs but from USPS in the USA

It's not the first package I've sent and nothing so strange has ever happened to date.

Unfortunately,
personally I can not recommend this converter.
I attach picture from my OSSC for comparison.

From OSSC I got clear, sharp and vivid picture.
Image from APOLLO is more blurry, bold contoured, saturation of colors is different (no matter setting and resolution I set).
There are also some very light vertical bars present (I couldn't capture them in the photo).

So, considering the price, I expected much more, but of course, someone may like it.

Is this issue confirmed from other buyers?

I think you shoud ask for refund. If the goods never arrived, it is the responsibility of the seller at the first place.

You don't even know the shipping event, much less that the package was shipped and arrived in the USA and there they made such a mess that even the insurance was no longer collectable.I see that you still have it in for me for the sales agreement that fell through that time..Amigoun put a stone on the DIN5/DB23F issue with me..the price charged was the best possible
