Does the Prelude work on the Amiga 3000T?

I honestly don't know - never tested it in an A3000T (do not own such Amiga). I do know for sure it isn't working in A4000TX created by Hese...

Saw that @hese got a Prelude here on Amibay and asked him about - but never got a reply.. Probably some of the interrupt signals are missing.. Since there are no schematics for TX available - we'll never know I guess..

As for now - TX is the only model where this card isn't working...

Card arrived, I will testing on the weekend.

Card tested, working fine, it sound good, plying MP3s with 7-13% CPU power. I have problems with AHI, but I think it is only software problem.

Normally Mp3 sound gets over AUX1,
however it is also possible to get it from Line Out (by starting Mixer). If You use Software Bundle linked by me - it will install Mixer in WBStartup and run it on start, so all sounds will come from Line Out.
You can ask any questions regarding this card, will try to answer them!

The Prelude is a classic Zorro II sound card recently recreated by alf24.de and TomSonic from A1k.org

Important Note: replica has the DSUB input/output connector replaced by 3.5 mm jack plugs.

These cards are offered with an mp3 decoder Module - MPEG-it! - it's an add-on module to the Prelude for MP3 playback,
It can play Mp3 files up to 384 kbps @48kHz, (also online streams) with near-zero CPU consumption.

No, currently there is no AHI support, that's why it is music - not audio card! It's like Prisma megamix, just smaller, and is Clockport only

What is the USB port for? Its a passive trough connector?

Yes, it's passive through connector for Rapid road, Subway or Freeway cards

Can we mix the output with with Paula?

Not sure that can work with a Clockport device..
