Unfortunately creator of the card haven't done installation manual yet
Actually everything is pretty straight forward:

1. First of all You need to install AHI
2. Then You need to install Prelude Software bundle
3. Update mhiamiblaster.device to latest 1.6 version - that's pretty it, now You can use Your soundcard..

Now You might ask where to get all the mentioned software?
- Please take a look on first post in this thread, maybe it'll help...

Be careful here!
As with any Clockport device - You have no rights to do a mistake, connecting any device wrong way around will definitely damage it!
+5v signal on Amiblaster is marked with +5V sign, it's red cable. For other end refer to Your hardware manufacturer. If in doubt - do as follows:

and regarding the Bluetooth on the Zorro amiblaster
How to use it?

Use Bluetooth dongle as any other Bluetooth headphones: set to search on end device (speaker box) - it should connect automatically, if it doesn't - hit pair button on the panel, that's it. (Power Jumper on breakout panel should be closed, red light on Bluetooth module should blink)..
