I pledged 300$ back in 2016 for a special edition A1200 case and keycaps and have received nothing. They don't answer my messages. I have bought other products from them over the years and received them, so I don't really know what's up.
Anybody else ghosted by a1200.net?

They are still sending regular updates via Kickstarter and Indigogo, I recommend to log into https://rmi.a1200.net (their different campaign pledge management system) and check if your pledge is still there. And update your contact info (shipping address etc..) while at it. They also have a contact form there. If you missed their numerous Kickstarter updates through the years about registering (and updating) your shipping info in their RMI, then your parcel might have been shipped to a wrong address (if you have moved since 2017) and returned - for example.
I've kept myself updated via their pledge management system a handful of times a year and my address is valid. The campaign updates these days are for newer campaigns and they no longer answer their contact form. My pledge is still in their system though.
I am about to order a case from them and hope to avoid your experience!
I have previously ordered an A500 case from them and it was premium. Their keycaps less so though. Fine molding but multiple misaligned prints on my set.
What did you order ? Maybe it's not out yet, I have received everything now (across 2 reward managements) except my clear keycaps. The update said it would be much later this year before they shipped.

I just ordered a set of keycaps, they shipped it the day after. (This is the fourth set btw).
Previously I have ordered clear+black A500 and black A1200, those were also shipped quickly.
I know that the first few batches of keycaps weren't spot on, but those I have now are just fine - I know attention to detail are very different between people, but that's my experience.

One of my keys literally had the label printed on the side. That's not good enough.
That said, I do like the quality of their cases. I just bought a new A1200 case from a reseller so I can finally get my machine up and running. I’ve waited 10 years for the Kickstarter case I backed, paid about £250, and still have nothing to show for it.
Sorry to hear that. I am waiting on the translucent purple 1200 case from them unless retropassion built their own molds?
In a side note I really want to buy a black 500 case but they are out of stock and I hear they won’t be restocking that color. In the meantime I picked up a beige case from Alinea until black restocks.

I wouldn’t waste my time with RPUK. Besides he (Steve Clifford) has aligned himself and makes out he is A1200.net. Maybe why you don’t get an answer from A1200.net as they have adopted RPUK’s customer communication. I.e None exist ent.
My experience of dealing with A1200.net has always been positive. Have ordered multiple sets of keycaps and cases in the past and never had any problems.

Are the beige cases from Alinea refurbs or are they reselling from a1200.net? If refurb, is the quality good?
That's the thing. I have never had problems with direct orders, only the crowd funder.
Alas, you can't win them all. It might arrive one day and then you will probably find an Apollo special edition A1200 case w. keycaps up for sale here.
As far as I am aware they should be A1200.net cases. Remember that the likes of RetropassionUK are NOT the only resellers of their cases
