Sold Apollo 1240/40 perfectly working

Hello there!

I decided to renew my Amiga configurations and to replace some hardware that I am not using as it deserves...

I am selling a perfectly working Apollo 1240 clocked at 40 MHz. It has a full 68040 CPU with FPU and MMU. The card comes with two memory modules, one of 32MB and one of 16MB. The mach chip is the 130 version so no easy upgrade to 68060 (or no upgrade at all, even if I read on the Net that some cards work with a 68060 CPU and the mach chip version 130). The battery was removed from the previous owner and it didn't suffer of battery leakage.

It does fit on a regular A1200 Desktop but using the 32MB module the trapdoor cover doesn't close very well. Using the 16MB module it closes much better but it still touches a little the card. There is a fan on the cpu that works properly.

I would like to get 230 euros for the card + P&P (payment by paypal gift).

Shipping costs to EU are euros 9,00 (tracked and signed for) and euros 15,00 (tracked and signed for with insurance up to 250 euros). I won't ship by regular mail due to the value of the item.

Sure, it comes with both, the 32 MB and the 16 MB sticks.

Btw, do you provide the LIBS for the 040 ? On a floppy disk or by any other mean ?

Yes, I never had to install extra libs with CW (full, lite, etc...)
