Sold Apollo 1240/60 accelerator with mach131 chip, Faulty for Spares/ repair

I'm offering this card for sale, in the hope that a skilled technician maybe able to breathe some life back into it. Previously working fine, it didn't survive an upgrade process and has sat gathering dust ever since sadly.
It includes the required ROM, MACH131 chip, and 3.3v regulator and I will include all the bits shown, minus the 66mhz oscillator. You will require a CPU, or if you intend to restore it, an 040, as the old one was dead, and has long since departed.

This card was previously working, and had done cheerfully until I made the mistake of sending it away to get upgraded. It could be recoverable, but I don't have the funds and time to find out if it is, hence I am offering it for sale as is.
