Hello,

I am offering regulator boards with switching mode DC/DC converter (PTH04070W) for 18E 15E 19E(excl.shipping costs)

  • low profile (approx 10mm)
  • high efficiency (up to 94%)
  • current up to 3A
  • output voltage adjustable up to 3.6V (using a single resistor)
  • PCB with provision for temperature (68060 builtin PTC sensor) and current (ACS712) measurement
  • provision for MSP430G2 series MCU acting as i2c thermometer (e.g. faking LM75) (works) and current monitor
  • proportional fan control

Anyone willing to co-operate on this project is welcome: git

Bare PCB 5E, please be aware of very fine pitch 0603 discrete components.

Payments via IBAN or PayPal (+fees)

interested in 1 x regulator boards with switching mode DC/DC converter (PTH04070W) for 18E 15E (excl.pp)

Payment received, parcel sent. Thank you Tim.

To others: Please bear in mind, the full potential requires buyer to produce a resistance value of temperature sensor embedded in 060. It can be measured in temperature stable conditions on header for the voltage regulator (pin 5 and 6, confirm with schematics). Only then the MSP430 FW can be adjusted to a particular unit of 68060, as the process variation is significant - see the resistance vs temperature graph. It can be off by 20 degrees. All three produced in Malaysia, July 1999 till Janualy 2000.

This is the only solution (to my knowledge) that measures the actual junction temperature (Tj) value, while all others are using external discrete sensor measuring package temperature (Tcase).

Declaring interest.
