Filled Apple //c Null Modem cable.

Just wondering if anyone here has the skills to fabricate a Null Modem cable for an Apple //c (DIN 5 to RS232)?

I'm aware you can get these from the States but postage is a bit steep so I thought I'd get in touch with guys here first and see if anyone clever enough could fabricate me such a cable.

thats looks suspiciously similar to a roland serial midi cable

is it the same as it might open up a few other choices?

I wouldn't want to risk blowing the machine up incase it differed but I have a couple of Midi to gameport (15 pin?) cables. My guess it is probably different though since there would be little point in so many people making their own/buying pre-made cables.
