please access windows settings (win-key+i), then apps, then default apps, then hit the button "reset to MS recommended defaults".

I have try that and it doesnt change

Pinback is right....

start speccy.exe again, then hit "file" then "clear file associations".

then

Click Amiga Files of WinAUE properties then change Icons back to normal then every icons back to normal

just in case someone is mixing speccy the spectrum emulator with speccy from piriform. the emulator is the correct tool here.
