Following the acquisition of a new netbook I have decided to part with this one.

I have owned this from new and it saw me through travelling to unitversity and allowed me to watch movies on the train, and perhaps also do a bit of work

It was also good for browsing the net. I am intending to do a factory restore tomorrow after my new netbook arrives and I have saved all my data and made sure the new one works! Pictures and full specs will also be posted at that time. In the meantime, if you're interested, please let me know!

Specs:

ASUS Eee PC 904HA in white http://uk.asus.com/Eee/Eee_PC/Eee_PC_904HA/#specifications

8.9" LED Backlit Matte Screen
Intel Atom N270 CPU @ 1.6Ghz
Wireless
SD card slot
Built in 1.3MP webcam
2GB DDR2 RAM (upgraded from 1GB)
160GB HDD
2 x batteries - both genuine Asus and the right colour! (hold approx 4 and 5 hours charge, perhaps more/less depending on what you're doing!).

It is installed with Windows XP home

Complete with all original packaging, charger, recovery DVD and Eee PC protective sleeve and soft screen/case microfibre cloth. This has been well looked after (always put away in protective sleeve after use, and is as new condition wise).

All this for only £85 ovno delivered to the UK (excludes UK islands and highlands of Scotland). If you are in the Highlands, or UK Islands which does include the Isle of Wight, please ask for a postage quote. Overseas will be more, please just ask.

Payment to be made via Paypal either as gift, or buyer pays the fees (4.4% + 20p).

Local collection and demo possible with cash on collection.

maybe Interested

maybe Interested pm sent:thumbsup:

I'm declaring interest, let me do some math first....
Is the screen really displaying 1024x600? Because I have a 900HA which has a larger screen and that one does 1024x600...

Right.

I've moderated out a lot of offtopic rambling from this thread. This is someone's trade thread and filling with with anything other than discussion relating to the trade is inappropriate. If you want to re-raise any of the issues discussed here, please do so in the AmiBay Feedback section of the forum.

The summary, for those who were commenting:
1. If you're unhappy with something, use the "report post" button instead of spamming someone's thread. This is not the place to discuss rules.
2. As the rules currently stand, you should only declare interest if you are genuinely prepared to buy, however, there are many reasons why someone might withdraw interest. It is entirely up to the seller to decide if someone is genuine or is just a timewaster. In the case of the latter, it's for them to report it to the staff. End of story.

Sorry for treading on your thread austinsom. Good luck with your sale!

Not sure what happened whilst I was away, but suffice to say if someone wishes to re-state interest having had a think then I have no problem with that
