I've done some testing with another card, that is an R9 270 and it works fine in the system, where as the HD6990 gives 2 beeps at startup, sometimes after like 30 restarts, it will boot and run fine for hours.

Don't know what is exactly wrong with it, but some hinted that it would require re-flowing of the GPU's.
If that would be the case, then the card would not start at all I think, but could be wrong here.
The memory seems to be good also, reports 4GB on the card.
PSU is not the problem, that is a 1200W Corsair from 2022.

So if there is anyone that can repair this card, that would be appreciated ;)

if you dont mind me making a comment ,i think a re-flow is pretty much useless long term,it would be more of a re-ball,its specialized work

That's a good one, then comes the question, who can do it ?
And also, is it worth it ?
Economic value is pretty low compared to it's release price

good question since this post is on amibay,i think cost would be on par with ps3 re-ball's,and then you would need the equipment like say,a pre-heat plate,ir station, and stensils
i think the only people on here capable are the ones doing or used to do ppc card repair?
i know there is somone is the usa fopr gpu's,but you have shipping to contend with as well

is it worth,i have no idea, honestly,i dont want to leave a negative comment that may alter you opinion, whatever you pay is whatever you think the thing is worth i suppose

Okay, I'll leave it open for now.
USA is not an option due to shipping, airfreight is becoming more expensive by the minute
