Closed Asus P4C800-E Deluxe I/O shield

I'm looking for an I/O shield for the Asus P4C800-E Deluxe board (not the P4C800), in good condition.

If someone has one left (because the board died or for whatever reason) I'd be happy to buy it. Please tell me what your price is, including shipping (I'm located in Germany).
