Here is a fully refurbished and restored PAL Atari 8 bit machine.

Fully tested and pairs up wonderfully with a cheap SIO2SD device from Lotharek.

It is in fantastic cosmetic condition and the keyboard is very responsive.

??? The 800XL outputs S-Video. It was only the very early units (before August 1984) that didn't have the signals routed to the Monitor port, but the computer on offer has quite a high Serial No. so I suspect it would have S-Video.

Are you certain? Isn't it just composite signal that is being sent through the s-video cable? I'm sceptical as I have only encountered non-s-video XL's.

Both my 800XL's have real S-Video with seperate Chroma and Luma signals. Most XL's have this. the one's you've encountered must have been some of the very early units.
