I am offering a used, working ATARI Mega 1 main unit with blitter chip, internal floppy disk drive and manual in German (not pictured). The main unit has been tested successfully in both low- and mid-res resolution/multicolour mode. The internal floppy disk drive manages to load games such as "Elite" and "Their Finest Hour" without any problems. The floppy eject button operates flawlessly as does the audio output. Battery compartment is clean and protective lid is present. No further testing. Due to the old age of the machine there is no guarantee though. The Mega 1 possesses traces of yellowing and use, but no ruptures or broken-off parts. The underside is missing a few screws. The device should be cleaned and overhauled for safe operation.
