I have here 3 freshly AV upgraded Atari 2600 Junior consoles, 1 with the earlier small rainbow flash (sold to Gallandro) and 2 of the Irish made completely black models (still available).
The AV mod itself has been developed in partnership with Amibay's own TC and is designed in such a way as to be none destructive to the Atari PCB as other upgrades require trace cuts and other adjustments which is something we very much wanted to avoid. The modification also uses a more discrete Stereo output socket for the AV rather than big ugly RCA sockets which again helps avoid defacing the original machine.
We weren't going to release these just yet but the subject came up recently in the following thread; https://www.amibay.com/showthread.php?t=53751&highlight=atari+2600+mod and we thought we'd make a few available from the prototype boards we had available due to this interest.
Each unit is sold as console only with AV cable but no PSU (a 9V multi adaptor works perfectly well with these systems and can be purchase for around £6 on the otherbay).
Looking for £40 per unit plus postage.
