so after some 25 or 30 years, after college, marriage, two kids, with no equipment at all and no idea what's new I've decided to get back to my old passion that has almost made me fail in school: the C64 / Amiga. Having sold my last Amiga in the mid-90s and having thrown away an old C128D (can you believe it?!), I was really amazed to see how much of hardware is still being produced today for a machine that old. Just recently I got me used A500, an A2000A and an A2000C to see what is possible and what isn't. For what I said at first isn't entirely true: I had three items in the attic that I never sold or threw away: a Multivision 2000 flickerfixer (working so-so), an A2091 (working) and an A2630 (defective but looking to repair). I'm just into this old stuff, no A3000 / A4000, at least for now.
Looking forward reliving my youth and maybe even a bit more!
Cheers,
Ramon
