Declared interest pending of further information. Could somebody tell if this PCMCIA adapter is compatible with Linux/m68k and NetBSD/amiga? I'm a UNIX guy :)

The card uses cnet16.device
Check this page:

It hasn't been updated for some time, but the card probably uses the same chip as Netgear FA411.
If you could send me a tutorial or readymade partitions/live isos on how to install NetBSD and/or Linux 68k then I can check it for you.

I have just found this page as well and it says the card is NE2000 compatibile:
