:offtopic:Quick off topic question; Are all the names on the calander peoples birthdays??? :offtopic:
I'm afraid so. :D

Could you not simulate autofire functions with a switch to redirect a buttons circuit to a channel with a small capacitor on it???
I guess, t'was a looooong time ago that I've played with constructing electronic devices and I never bothered about the auto-fire function, only read about it...

this reminds me "good" old days, back in Poland during kommunist rule. we would read up on Polish issues of computer magazines, Bajtek, Komputer etc

I hope you realize you can read those again on RetroReaders.makii.pl, here's Bajtek for example, enjoy :)

and any type of project they would have published we would take to school and try and build them.
one of them was a simple joystic\pad desig we have built on one of the technical\woodworking classes... ;)
OMG, OMG, OMG, cool!
All we did on technical classes was building bird-houses or other simple constructions out of wood.
And on computer class? Admired the greatest technology of all time, a 386 PC without a mouse on a monochrome monitor.
LOL. Me and a few of my buddies owning Amigas were laughing our *kasses off* seeing the problems that piece of *drap* was causing. Also, we played some ugly Koło Fortuny-clone game most of the time. ;)
