Best place to find out is over on EAB on the Sonnet programming Thread I believe the original Prometheus can be update to the new Firebird firmware to give it the full DMA capabilities to run a PCI PPC but I can't remember if they got this one to work too.

Do these work with Prometheus PCI?

Not in the original Zorro3-Version, because there is no 3.3v trail there. I would assume that Firebird got upgraded by a 3.3v rail, but I dont have one to confirm it, you should ask on the EAB Sonnet thread.
