Hi.

I just want to say that i have started again a Black Crypt game on my A1200 and the game is still truly awesome!!
The 64 colors HB graphics are even better than the Eye of the Beholder 1 and 2 AGA conversion that i finished again last year.

I have already been through the whole Black Crypt in 1992 but i remember having been severely beaten by the final boss because there was something like "the magical weapons we have been after for 25 levels have become useless" and i have never finished the game. Actually, it was a cracked version so you never know if it is really working (remember Leander).

Now i have of course the full boxed version with WHDLOAD (though i can't find my manual with all the maps), and i hope i will have the Astaroth guy in the end!!

Nice RPG. :)

Eye of the Beholder 1 & 2 AGA conversion? Where is that mate?

You should write a review Xanxi after you complete it. I finished this game in the early 90s and it was very good I thought.
And yes, what's this about an AGA versions of the Eye Of The Beholder games?

I thought every one was aware of the EOB AGA versions by CFou.
He ported the PC VGA 256 colors to the Amiga version, and added some features like an automap.

Clue: those skeleton warriors are from the underground levels of the temple of Darkmoon and are very tough. There is a big room with several dozens of them where is located a necessary object and it can take hours to beat all those guys.

There have been words of a possible EOB 3 (though it does not exist on amiga) and even Lands of Lore, but i don't know where are those projects.

Thanks for the links mate. Are they complete though?

Really a nice effort. I want to see EOB 3 on the Amiga too. :)
