Hens teeth they are, better off getting another board IMHO, someone here (tbtorro maybe?) sold about 4 or 5 NOS units a few years ago, these were the last ones I've seen!
Not sure if this is allowed but being as they are so rare. There's one on eBay item #311861786286. I am not interested despite me having a 1220 board because I use the PCMCIA slot and can't be doing with taking RAM out when slot required.

Edit: No you are right, the 1200 add4 has 3 rows of pins, the 1220 add4 has 2.... seems mad, they could have held 1 part in stock. I bet the RAM is the same 70ns chips.
Judging from the add-on photo at amiga.resource.cx, it's more or less the equivalent of piggy-backing the existing RAM banks, so I bet someone comfortable with PCB design (and a 1220/4 board at hand to map the pinout) could easily design a replica. Whether demand would justify production is a different story.
