i'll put the manual with the card, only have innerbox of the card, not the sleeve.
Maybe is there someone with the sleeve, then it's complete.

that is for the card also i think not so good on GER tho so not sure !

EDIT: It was the box only (thx to google translate) and ships to Germ only
