 Hi there !!!

I've just received my A1200 from P.T and I'm searching for a Blizzard Board or Appolo one ...

May I ask why are you choosing between the best and the worst turbo card that ever existed?

The list of people frustraded by Apollo cards is a neverending story, no to say that apart from the card instability and daintiness with various RAMs, the 040 processor is even less software-compatible than 060 and tend to be hot like crap. Who owned Blizzard 1230-IV once knows how rock solid this card is.

Hi,

I used to have à 1230 IV Blizzard in the past. I thought the 1240 was quite good... Of course, if I can find a Blizzard, i'll jump on it. ;)

Another urban legend.

As far as I know, an 040, either blizzard or Apollo, has never been the best choice for many whdload games at least. Having had all the accelerators from the Blizzard series in the past, I can confirm that the 030 is the most compatible one with the 060 coming second.
