As some of you know, I'm taking a must needed break from Amiga coding and selling some of my gear.

First up is my lovely Blizzard 1260 which is currently running at 80Mhz and has 64 MB of FASTRAM fitted (very sad to sell it!).

This is the newer DCE model and it was originally a 1240 when I brought it before sending it off to the mighty stachu100 for a professional upgrade using the latest 060 mask.

This card has had a PC fan fitted to aid cooling and I'd also recommend removing your trap-door (use some electronics glue to prevent the card for sagging) + increase airflow by raising the case slightly (bigger feet).

You'll also need a good power supply.

The card is stable for me at 80 Mhz but I normally run it at the safer speed of 75 Mhz.
I'll include a 128 MB flat SIM and a few different crystals + the original box.
Please note that the 128 MB SIM will not go above 75 Mhz.

Here are a couple of my Amiga ports ;)

Price is 600 € + Postage + PayPal Fees (PayPal only)

You must pay for tracked/insured postage (much safer for both of us).

I was going to sell this card privately but decided to sell it here instead.

Why don't people check the wanted to buy sections? I had a WTB up for this. :(

Very frustrating trying to buy stuff on this site... It seems you have to be on the site constantly pressing F5 all day long. :banghead:

Would appreciate it if I can be at the top of the list.

I would like to know if I may be able to step up to first in line due to the fact that I have an active listing for a Blizzard 1260 card as of Nov 28th, 2015. Can a moderator please let me know? I have been in contact with NovaCoder and he says if this is allowed he will allow it. I am ready to buy this card. I have seen this done before so hopefully this ok with everyone. Here is my listing for the card:

That has happened to all of us. Missing offers while having a wanted topic for it. No guarantees there unfortunately. I missed out on a very rare Norway module because of it for example.

Even if we were to get Wanted threads in afterwards, which we shouldn't, it's not in the forum rules, you're still not first in line, there's at least one more earlier wanted thread for a 1260....

Agree with the others, although I feel your pain TjLazer.

Blizzard 1260 @ 80Mhz

I have seen other recent posts were others have been understanding and let someone who had an advertisement step in line. Maybe this should be added to the "rules". Seems it's the right thing to do.

The rules clearly state the following
From Selling on AmBay

Declared interest:
Only those members who have stated interest in your thread are to be considered eligible to buy your item. In the case of a dispute, the order of interest declared in the thread is what the staff will use. If a member sends you a PM without declaring interest in the thread, you should advise them to post interest in the thread before you are able to deal with them.

Queue order:
You must follow the order of declared interest in the thread when selling. If a buyer withdraws interest, you should proceed to the member who has declared interest next-in-line in your thread.

From Buying on AmiBay

If another member has already declared interest, then they are first in line. You may also declare interest to be "next in line".

It's unfortunate but that is the luck of the draw.

I don't really see how it could work as a rule, many popular items will have wanted threads, sometimes multiple wanted threads. Who gets priority, the person who started one 6 months ago? How will the seller even know who they are dealing with? Someone is first in line but first they must wait for to see if any "wanted thread" people come out of the woodwork?
