Hello! I'm a former C64 and then Amiga user - used to own an A500, followed by an A1200 (which went through various incarnations, including a Blizzard 1230-IV, and ultimately a Blizzard PPC 603e+ and BVision and various other bits and pieces), and later an A1-XE (which, as it happens, I sold to the guy who co-founded A-EON - not that I realized it at the time).
All my hardware has disappeared in the meantime, but I'm still nostalgic about the Amiga - no later OS has really 'felt' like AmigaOS to me, its shortcomings notwithstanding, and I do wish that HiSoft BASIC 2 ran on modern platforms
I've still got old disks I'm looking to back up, which largely explains what I'm currently doing here (recently managed to do nearly all my C64 disks - most of them still worked!), although I'm occasionally tempted by the idea of buying a real Amiga again
