No sorry haven't had the time to sort the rest of the pix yet.. It's the one in jewel case.

It's not the original release, that one is hyper rare... I've uploaded pictures of it now :)

I just tested it out, and included pictures. It boots and plays fine, but there is some writing on the disk.
