Payment not completed on your behalf, I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that this was not a failed at an attempt to rip me off.

Background: payment sent as family and friends by direct debit/PayPal. Direct debit not honoured by corresponding bank. PayPal contacted me and instructed not to send goods to you.

PayPal just notified me again that your 2nd attempt to pay has been cancelled. It's easy : add money to your PayPal account and send. Sending money via direct debit and not having the funds to cover 1st time is unfortunate/embarrassing - 2nd time is a sign of incompetence.

Transaction cancelled.

2 sets available.

3rd attempt at payment successful (previous 2 cancelled by PayPal as direct debit not honoured). Now OP is not responding to PM (26th March) regarding where I am supposed to send the item.
