Due to the incorrect declarations made at the start here is the queue

Because I wanted all I simply declared interest
In last months many other sales have been like this where I declared interest not first in line
The seller talked with the first in line and sells what he want and if anything remains he comes back and alters the sale first post to inform what remains
Seams in this sale many are interested which is good but why only on this one the moderator have intervened ?

Why the moderators didn’t in a polite way asked the member to simply correct his declaration of interest? Giving him some time to reply because Members are from different parts of the world with different time zones (members in USA may be sleeping when others are awake and vise versa).
I couldn’t see such message directed to me.
When I noticed the mess in this sale I corrected my declaration of interest.
why the seller have no word to say in his sale ?
And Tadeo, why are you not applying the same rule if he have not declared what he wanted why he is not in the list ?
Instead you decided to politely inform him to correct his declaration of interest.
Why the moderators didn’t took the same approach in regard to me ?

Yes because you have failed to follow the rules of the forum on a multi item thread and different time zone are not this issue if declaration is not done correctly.
tadeo80 is not on the list because he hasn't declared interest properly and stated what he wants so he is under the same rule and if updated will go to 6th inline unless someone else declares interest correctly. please follow the link in post number 20 where this was all discussed.

In last few months may similar situations the moderators didn’t intervene.

Post 20 does not point me to the rules as you mentioned but instead to a separate duscution where many other members are even not agreeing with the moderator arguments of their dicisions

The time you have to correct your declaration is the time until someone else comes and declares exactly what he wants. Because @Picard in his turn, will ask, how much time should I wait to declare my interest because someone did it incorrect and now is absent?
Also, it is like telling the seller, why did you post the ad now that I am sleeping?
I know sometimes rules are against us and we don't like it but when you declared your interest why didn't you type "in both"? Didn't you know that?
You and apolkosnik were asked in post #4 to verify your declarations of interest.
You had as much time as you wanted or until another member correctly declared interest.
You failed because Picard correctly declared interest so he was then moved to first inline.
Which in my opinion is fair because he followed the rules.
If you look at the quote within my post #6 you'll see that Picard didn't at the time I posted ask if he was first inline.
It is your responsibility to follow the rules and when caught out to accept our decision and take it on the chin and move on with life.

What is the rule for contacting/response forum members? How quickly do they have to respond?
Then you allow the moderator just kick people before it can be all resolved before the time is up (yes 24 hours).
I thought we have the interest queue for a reason, not just kick people without giving them a chance to respond or correct their statements. Is somebody really in a hurry to close the transactions as quickly as possible or something?
Are we following the spirit of the rules, the letter of the rules or just screw with people on technicalities?

@davideo - is there a way to fix the interest queue on your side, if it is invalid? the page still shows wrong order
