I haven't received anything until today. I also haven't received any response to private messages for weeks. No tracking ID either.
 
I have not received any delivery until today. The seller is not responding, even though he is regularly online. I am very disappointed. What can we do here? It would be good if I could at least get my money back.

I recommend you to be more transparent in the future. It would be good to know if you have your goods in stock or if you still need to build them. The buyer assumes that when they buy something here, the goods are ready for shipment. It is not great to not receive any information for weeks. If you had told me it would take a few weeks until I could ship the goods, I really wouldn't have had any problems with that.

This leads to misunderstandings and frustration on both sides.
 
I have been sick, you will get your item don't worry, there are about 7 people waiting for their stuff and it takes some time to get everything back on track :/
 
He is just getting impatient because he has been waiting long, ive told him what the situation is and that i will keep him updated but its not good enough i guess..

Have you given him a date when you'll post the item? If yes, then he's being impatient. If not, he has a point.
 
Ive been sick for a while, it happens, im not a company and have no other people that can pick up the slack when this happens. People will just have to wait, needless to say this happens quite a lot even with the bigger companies like amigakit and such that people have to wait weeks or even months in some cases ive heard.
its not just him waiting and i sent out 5 packages on thursday to people buying on here, those are on the way, others will be sent as soon i can, there is no point making a guess on a date and risk being wrong, when its on the way he will be the first one to know about it, there is no reason to think i will send it and not let him know.

For whatever reason you couldn’t ship the item, you simply shouldn’t have been taking money from buyers. Close the thread and reopen it when you’re ready.

You’re not Amigakit, so don’t compare yourself to it. Every Amibayer wants to buy from Retrofletch, not from Amigakit.
 
I have got a tracking number on august 5th. But there has been nothing shipped. I am not the only one.
