C128 display issue

I just installed a solderless 64K VDC upgrade in a Commodore 128.

This is what I get when I turn it on in 80 column mode.

Any ideas what to look at first on the board ?

All fixed with help from ebay seller, was a solder bridge on the bottom that I missed when first looking.
