C64 Easyflash Kit Build

Hi all, after purchasing a C64 on here a few nights ago i ordered myself an sd2iec. I then went reading and read that an Easyflash cartridge is also a good companion. So off to ebay i went and found myself a kit (buy it now). I know gazcmb is selling these on here but i thought i'd like to build it myself

It arrived this morning so this evening i decided to build it. Its fairly simple through hole stuff and the instructions are pretty clear.

I'll be the first to admit though that my driling skills are a lot worse than the soldering. I also have no idea why my camera seems to be so blurry at the moment

Now its all finsihed but i can't test it just yet as i am awaiting delivery of the C64.

Nice job! The EasyFlash was the first kit that I built when I started to really learn how to solder with the proper tools. I now have five of them! All of which I've assembled myself.

Now, go enjoy Maniac Mansion and Zak McKracken on the EasyFlash. The EasyFlash versions have mouse support and the game saves right to the cartridge.
